International Student Qualifying under Canadian Experience Class (CEC)

6th April 2021

You have been a good student in Canada. You have been a good resident of Canada. You have worked tirelessly to get that Canadian work experience. You have paid your taxes. You have stayed out of trouble. You have sacrificed so much. You have competed with the best of the best to prove that you have what it takes to be a good citizen of Canada. You have spent thousands of dollars of yours and your parent’s money to be where you are today. Correct?

You have proved your worth by doing all the above, so you deserve that Canadian PR. It is your right to get that Canadian PR. Wrong!

Canadian PR is a privilege not a right.

If you are granted Canadian PR, you can permanently live in Canada and rightfully enjoy all the social benefits. You’ll also be protected under the Canadian law. You can live, study, and work anywhere in Canada. Stay in Canada as a PR for three years, and then, you can also apply for Canadian citizenship.

We can help you apply for Canadian PR under Canadian Experience Class [CEC], if you have the following:

  1. Work Experience: at least 1 year of skilled work experience in Canada in the last three years in a qualifying NOC 0, A, or B profession. This should be at least 1,560 hours. You must also prove that you performed the duties set out in the lead statement of the occupation description in the NOC code that you are applying.
  2. Language: meet or exceed the Canadian Language Benchmark [CLB] threshold of CLB 7 for a NOC ‘0’ or ‘A’ job or CLB 5 for a NOC ‘B’ job.

If you are invited to apply for PR, you will need copies of other documents like police certificates, medical exams, proof of funds, education credential assessment (ECA) etc.

We can make this process amazingly simple for you. We will carefully evaluate all aspects of your application and put your best case forward. We have years of experience helping international students achieve their Canadian dreams.
